I have realized that an engineered wooden floor is much cheaper to install than a floor that is made exclusively with solid wood. As a customer I was initially shocked to notice that manufactured planks are often as expensive as those planks that are made of solid wood.
As a homeowner and a property developer, I would rather use engineered wood flooring products for covering. At least 40 per cent of all the new wooden floor decoration tasks require the use of attractive, long-lasting material. Modeling jobs are also best done using engineered wood products.
The main source of appeal is the short duration that it takes to have the job done. You can give the contractor as little as 12 hours to have completed installing wood flooring in a typical family room. All he needs to do is pull up this wall-to-wall carpet of mine before doing the cutting and assembly tasks on the prefinished boards. In fact he does not to need wait for very many hours in order to give time for many layers of polyurethane to dry up. Once he has installed the wooden boards, the wooden floor is complete.
